- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just phoned the reception as I wanted some help interpreting some results after I'd been referred by St. James's hospital. The woman I spoke to was rude and had a really negative attitude and tone to her voice. She told me that results couldn't be given out over the phone, which is completely understandable, so I asked what she recommend I do if I wanted some results interpreting. She then asked which department I was in and I explained that I didn't know (nobody had told me?) but told her what procedure I'd had. She then stated that she couldn't help me because I didn't know this information and went on to claim that the place which I'd had my procedure at had no involvement whatsoever with the hospital, which quite clearly isn't true. I can understand that I must've called the wrong place to find what I was looking for but there is absolutely no need to be so rude and judgemental of someone who is simply looking for some help and advice.by Sadie ScheuerAugust 19, 2017
