- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Joined this practice as recommended by an acquaintance. The place was rather shabby until a recent make-over but it's still not very welcoming or calming in atmosphere. The waiting area could be vastly improved with music perhaps and a table and reading materials. The dentists themselves are fine but found the reception staff particularly unhelpful and lacking social graces when dealing with the general public. Finally, I find the rule of the practice that three or more missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in instant dismissal rather harsh, particularly as I'm a paying patient (don't get treatment free) and have spent a lot of money in that practice. They've given me one more chance to attend the appointment I've made, which is very good of them, so will try to do so but if I am dismissed, I wont' be too bothered as I'm sure there's other NHS dentist practices I can join.
