- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪1st impressions, no friendly welcome, no hi or hello .They told me my appointment had been changed but didnt communicate this to me clearly earlier on otherwise I would not have travelled all the way to Leeds! The women on reception told me I would have to book another appointment and pay another deposit as they would not refund the one from my first appointment. Unwelcoming, unfriendly, disorganised.
