  APPAULLING SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE FROM SOME OF THE STAFF. Now bear in mind this has been going on for quite a few months now and I am now annoyed beyond belief. Every time I go to get my prescriptions they mess it up. The prescription are all repeats issued every two months .. twice now I've been promised that everything is on the system and sorted and that all meds would be synced so I can just go in once and collect them all at the same time - TWICE now I have been promised this has been done .. TWICE!! .. I've been in today to collect my next batch of repeat prescriptions and oh what a surprise they have messed it up AGAIN .. apparently it's not on the system. I spoke to the senior pharmacist a few weeks ago and said this was unacceptable - his response - you are welcome to take your business else where .. really ? is that how you treat your customers ? I'm complaining because I'm not happy with the service , I'm complaining because you promise things are done when they clearly have not been, I'm complaining because your staff seem to have a problem with the concept that people work full time - NO I can not just pop back tomorrow between 9-5 as I work full time. I have asked for the owners contact info but they have said they will have to ask before giving out his personal number .. so I asked for his business number again they would not give this too me .. I've been told that they will ask permission first then ring me with the details .. I'm not holding my breath .. I can't post this review unless I give them a star so I have given them 1but frankly it should be 0 or a minus but there is no option for that! A very annoyed and frustrated customer !
