  Health care assistant nurse there is great. Efficient, friendly, professional , lots of time for you. Receptionists were very good with patients I heard them dealing with. Ages since I saw a doctor there but last ones I did see were also excellent.

  Administration and reception services are very hit and miss and therefore by default unreliable. I was asked to put a repeat prescription request by email. I expressed concern as previous emails had gone unactioned in the past. They assured me emails are checked three times a day and my fears were unfounded. I arrived at the time agreeded and needless to say there was no prescription. The receptionist told me with some authority I had sent it to the wrong email address. I told her the day I sent the email and she said none had been received. I asked if she had checked she said she just had. I asked if she had gone back and checked the emails received on the day I sent it she had she said she had. Clearly she had checked by telepathic means as she had never looked at the computer screen nor touched her mouse. When I pulled out my phone and showed her the email which had clearly been sent to the right email address she muttered she would look into it. I dont think for a second she did. The reception and admin service is sadly lacking and are eager to pass the blame to the customer. However to be fair the girl called Rebecca is prompt, efficient and has listening skills. Perhaps the others could take a leaf out of her book !
