  I had a microdiscectomy in May and needed physiotherapy to help recovery. My first visit to Simon was in September and from that first visit I have begun to get my day to day life back. I was still having difficulty walking and was desperate to get back to swimming. With the exercises he has given me I am now back to walking my hour a day and most of all back to swimming which I love. I am now back to swimming a mile a week which I was doing before sciatica got so painful that I was on mega doses of pain killers and completely house bound and unable to drive. Life as I knew it had come to a grinding halt. Had the operation which got rid of the intense pain but the physio has put me back on track and living my life again. Cannot recommend Simon highly enough. Liz

  I found Simon to be very professional and helpful. On my first visit awhile back he sorted out my back pain and gave me helpful exercises to do to prevent further problems along with doing pilates. I have no problems recommending his services to anyone.
